Donating to the PinBrawl
raffle
PinBrawl has become the success it is because many people work
together donating their time & pinball machines. Something else that makes PinBrawl
special is the free raffle we offer to all the people who donate their time and
pinball machines. How we reward these people is by offering a free raffle where
they can win prizes donated by various companies and generous individuals like yourself.
What we are asking is for you to consider donating anything you feel comfortable
with to the PinBrawl raffle. If you are a parts seller, maybe you could donate a
rubber ring package? If you are a part maker, maybe you could donate some new part(s)
you are coming out with? If you do board repair, maybe you could donate some repair
time? Everything and anything is greatly appreciated and it shows your good will
to the hobby and sport we all love.
PinBrawl has shown major growth through the past 2 years and could
possibly get even bigger. With the wide range of people who play, volunteer, and
surf the PinBrawl website, it is an excellent and very affordable way to get some
good advertising for your wares and website.
***Pinbrawl
went from 68 participants in 2004, to 96 participants in 2005, to a whopping 160
participants in 2006! For 2007 we are aiming for 192!!! As you see, we reach a large part of the hardcore collecting
community and would love to have you and your company on board!
What we will do for you:
1.
Promote you and your product to the entire crowd while raffling off your donated items
2. Distribute your business cards in our PinBrawl goodie bags (a possible
192 players this year!)
3. Add your logo and a direct link to your website from
www.PinBrawl.org - http://www.ebyd.net/pinlicious/pinbrawl/Sponsors.aspx

Possible suggestions to generate more future business:
Feel free to donate any promotional items you may have, any fliers,
or any coupons you would like to provide. If you donate coupons, chances are you
will help generate future business for yourself. Just realize, we have up to 192
players
in this years tournament, so whatever you plan to advertise with, we would need 200 pieces.
Example: a simple coupon printed up for "$5 off your next purchase"
could steer buyers your way and chances are they will spend even more as well as
get in the habit of using your company as their source for parts you provide.
